Our full 4 day course and our 2 day refresher give you the opportunity to practise essential skills and give you the confidence to carry them out in an emergency.

• Legislation
• Unconsciousness
• CPR
• Airway problems
• Circulation problems
• Wounds and bleeding
• Burns and scalds
• Injuries to bones muscles and joints
• Hypothermia/heat stroke
  
• Diabetes
• Poisoning

Duration   Full course - 4 days
               Refresher  - 2 days

Assessment method - Multiple choice papers and practical assessment
